- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or promotional campaigns, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Free Shipping
Yellow Charms offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across India.
There are no hidden shipping charges unless otherwise specified during special delivery requests.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across India.
- COD availability depends on the customer’s PIN code and courier serviceability.
- Yellow Charms reserves the right to disable COD for selected locations or high-risk orders if necessary.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details.
You can use the tracking information to monitor your order until delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Invalid contact details
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
the shipment may be returned to Yellow Charms.
Our support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery, if applicable.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend that you:
- Refuse delivery, if possible.
- Take clear photographs of the package.
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate the matter and provide appropriate assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Yellow Charms shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
