Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing it.
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by all tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or an unboxing video to help us verify the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products showing signs of wear or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Change of mind or personal preference after delivery
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged only if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- A verified manufacturing defect is found.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected by our quality team. If approved:
- Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, kindly provide:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- An unboxing video (recommended)
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to an error on our part, Yellow Charms will arrange the return pickup or bear the return shipping cost.
If the return request is not covered under this policy, return shipping charges, where applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our Right to Decline Requests
Yellow Charms reserves the right to reject any return, refund, exchange, or cancellation request if the request does not comply with this policy or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
